Fur Storage--during the hot, humid months, furs should be stored in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. This will retard the evaporation of the oils that preserve the fur, and lengthen it's useful life. We offer seasonal specials, too.
Fur Cleaning and Glazing--Jones Fabricare recommends that a fur garment be cleaned at least every-other year for maximum enjoyment. Our Nu-Glo®, non-immersive process removes dirt and grease from the hairs without removing the oils essential to the pelts. During glazing, emmolients are added to retain the lush characteristics of natural fur. Never clean your fur by dry cleaning.
Fur Alterations--we provide a limited range of alterations including sleeve and garment shortening, changes to buttons and other closures. We are able to provide estimates alterations prior to performing the work.
Fur Repairs--all apparel requires repairs across it's lifetime. Jones Fabricare provides many repairs to fur garments including minor rip repair, lining repair, and relining. Estimates are available on fur repairs.
